The flag of SHAW PUBLIC SCHOOL fluttered high, yet again, when we bagged the 3rd prize as one of the toppers at the Regional Finale of YUVA 2025 - Young United Voice for Action( Kolkata round). Out of more than 30 teams competing from all across the Eastern zone, our team received accolades for submitting thoroughly informative and clearly articulated presentations including on-the-spot delivery in the final round. Powered by IPN Foundation and hosted by SPK Jain Futuristic Academy, this prestigious event provided a platform to the voice of youth and showcased their skills. Our team was able to impress the esteemed jury members, Ms. Anita Brooks(Manager Communications & Azim Premzi Foundation Program at Antara Psychiatric Hospital), Dr. Esther D'Rosario(Educationist) and Mr. Sudhir K(Deputy Manager, Counselling & Outreach, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham) with their demonstrations and delivery ultimately winning the trophy.

Congratulations to our students, Sebantika Mondal of class- V and Ushasti Banerjee of class-VI have both secured 1st positions in National Kid’s Karate Championship’24 in the Kumite category.
We are proud to present our students Dipannita Nag and Chantika Mondal from Class 11 who have ranked 3rd and won a Bronze each at the Regional Level of CISCE Games and Sports 2024 in the Under 19 and Under 17 Categories respectively in Girls' Kumite. The event was held at P.B. Academic School, Kolkata on 6th July '24.
